We will not accept any return without one. Once you receive your RMA number, please return the items in their original packaging, within 30 days after the shipment has been delivered, to the address we will provide you. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period.
Please be advised that we do not pay for return shipping, nor do we provide a return label. For your protection, please use a traceable method of return such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number. Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions. Do not repackage the order and return it to the "shipped from" address.
